Duties and Responsibilities:

Healthcare administration manages an entire facility, specialize in managing a specific clinical area or manage a medical practice for a group of physicians. Most medical and health services managers work in office setting in healthcare facilities including  hospitals, nursing homes, and group medical practices.

Salary: $35,000 - $43,000

Education:

A bachelor’s degree. For high level executive positions, a graduate education (two to three years) is usually the starting point. This means attaining a MBA, or a different type of master’s degree, or a doctorate in health administration

History Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:

Historical Specialist includes both Technicians and Histologists. They prepare samples by using equipment to thinly slice tissue samples. They then mount the slices on miscroscope slides and use chemicals to stain them so important structures are visible.
Histology specialist work in hospital, veterinary, pharmacy, or research laboratories.

Salary:  $22,000 - $35,000

Education: the person should take high school courses in science, math, and English. They must also pass a national examination. Students must either earn a bachelor’s degree that includes a one year clinical internship or complete a long-team training program in a histopathology lab. And pass a national examination.

REFLECTION:

No I would not because it’s hard for me work using chemical thing.

I think is true because although I have a lot knowledge and I will able to get a good things like job or scholarship and I know everything but my character is horrible nobody want to know me. For example if I know a perfect Spanish language but when I explain another person or teach another person the Spanish language and I screen he I guess that the people will prefer learn or ask for help another person or look for online.

I think that when our mind is positive with our goal together all the things are better. For example if I study hard although is difficult for me the English language but I will work hard because I want going to the college. 
HEALTH INFORMATION SPECIALIST

Duties and Responsibilities:

Health Information Specialists obtain, post, and analyze medical, workload, finance, and insurance data.  They ensure that this information is properly recorded into medical records so practitioners can plan and evaluate health care provided to patients.  Record technicians ensure medical records are accurate, coordinate reimbursement, and maintain disease registries for research. Health information specialists work in hospitals, clinics, insurance companies, physician offices, and many other medical settings.

Average Salary:    $23,000 - $30,000

Education:

Students should take high school courses, information management, science, math, and English. have a high school diploma or GED certificate. Classes are offered at technical schools and community colleges.  To become certified, specialists must pass an examination.

A genetics counselor is a professional who helps people make decisions based upon genetic information.
Genetics counselors also help people determine if they want to know their own risk of developing a genetic disease such as heart disease and breast cancer. Genetics counselors also work alongside other health care professionals including doctors, geneticists, nurses and social workers. The goal is to help individuals and families make informed decisions about their health and to assist clients in finding the services that best serve their needs.
During a session with a client, a genetics counselor might:
·       Gather a family history including past health problems, surgeries and family illnesses
·       Explain how genetic disorders are passed down
·       Discuss risk factors and the likelihood that a particular condition will reoccur within a family
