Patient Representatives work for healthcare administrators to address the concerns and special needs of patients and their families. They evaluate patient satisfaction, investigate complaints, collect information about patient disaffection work with departments to resolve patient problems, and educate staff.

I noticed in the video that don't matter the problems when we work together and try to improve the obstacles in our life even sometimes the circumstances will not to be perfect or how would like to be.

  The poor people in Africa  is suffering every day because families among 6 person live with one dollar by day and sometimes we think that we are poor  in this country when we can't see the opportunity in our life and think that is hard when one person is laying out because cannot find a job.
Also Africa people has to walk until ten hours for get duty water and we are wasting the natural water in different things.

They use accepted methods or diagnosing and treating injuries and diseases. Although they practice in all branches of medicine and surgery like allopathic physicians they differ by emphasizing the importance of the musculoskeletal system, holistic medicine, proper nutrition, and environmental factors in maintaining good health.

Educational Requirements:

Students should take the most challenging high school courses including AP or IB available in science, math, and English. After 3 o 4 years of colleges, prospective physicians must attend medical school undergraduate requirements for admissions to all medical school include one year of basic chemistry, biology physics.

Education:

Students interested in becoming an optometrist should take the most challenging high school courses AP OR IB available in math, science, and English. Before entering an optometry school is four years in length.

Opticians fit and dispense eyeglasses for patients based upon prescriptions written by ophthalmologist or optometrist. Education: 

Students should be take high school courses in physics, algebra, mechanical drawing and geometry. A high school diploma or GED certificate is needed to begin training as an optician.            Duties and Responsibilities:Optical Laboratory Technicians grind and fit eyeglass lenses into frames according to prescriptions written by ophthalmologists or optometrists. Technicians set lens grinding machine so that lens blanks are ground and polished.  Some ophthalmic technicians work, fit frames to the patients.                              

           Salary: $15,000 - $20,000     

           Education:A high school diploma or GED certificate is needed to begin optical laboratory training. Training programs last between six months and one and are provided by vocational schools and community colleges. Some retails store optical departments provide on-the-job training.
